John 10:7,8 Therefore Jesus said again, “I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. All who ever came before me were thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them.”
Prayer: Dear God, we can listen to your son, and we owe you our thanks.
Thought for the day: False alarms are soon disabled.
Tuesday, March 1
John 6:46 No one has seen the Father except the one who is from God; only he has seen the Father.
Prayer: Jesus, the more we know about you the more we believe God is good.
Thought for the day: In some dark caves the only thing to be discovered is the absence of light.
Wednesday, March 2
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Prayer: O God, we confess that we could never reach you if it were not for your son.
Thought for the day: Our good and bad deeds too often lead us one step forward and two steps backwards.
Thursday, March 3
I Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men – the testimony given in its proper time.
Prayer: Jesus, we find hope in knowing that you are our advocate before the Father.
Thought for the day: How many defendants wish the state had not appointed an attorney on their behalf?
Friday, March 4
Hebrews 8:1,2 The point of what we are saying is this: We do have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the majesty in Heaven, and who serves in the sanctuary, the true tabernacle set up by the Lord, not by man.
Prayer: Jesus, as the high priest of Israel you bring our deepest spiritual needs to the throne of God.
Thought for the day: To speak directly to the President you just need to know the right gatekeeper.
Saturday, March 5
Hebrews 10:22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleans us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.
Prayer: Lord God Almighty, we lift our confessions, thanksgiving, petitions, and supplications all before you in the name of Jesus.
Thought for the day: Bee keepers must bathe before they can safely work in the hives.
